The highly anticipated Home Lottery brought to you by The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation (PMCF) unveiled the stunning $3.6 million dollar home, a true Big Ticket Prize. Built by Greenpark with interiors designed by Jack Celli A.R.I.D.O, I.D.C Interior Design Director for Greenpark, the 7,362 square foot custom home is nestled on the outskirts of the historically quaint, village of Kleinburg.
The grandeur and brilliance of the meticulously designed home radiates from the inside out. Jack Celli says, “This year’s lottery home exudes an elegant transitional interior that reflects the opulence of the surrounding community. A soft neutral, colour palette creates an inviting environment for everyone to feel at home. Texture and dark accents add a subtle drama to the home without disturbing the flow from room to room.” The classic-meets-modern home cleverly utilizes adorned arches and soaring domed ceilings as well as wall textures and fabrics, which only allude to the magnificence of the breathtaking home.
The Big Ticket home is truly luxury living at its best. Featuring five generously sized bedrooms, a spa-like master ensuite with his and hers closets, a gorgeous floor to ceiling glass door enclosed lanai, a theatre room with a state-of-the-art sound system, and to top it off, a built-in pizza oven! “The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation lotteries are renowned for giving away the most incredible real estate prizes and this year’s line-up is our best yet,” commented Paul Alofs, President and CEO of the PMCF.
Attendees at the recent media launch perused each room looking in awe at its splendour. The Big Ticket show home is just one of ten spectacular Grand Prizes of real estate properties available. Other prizes include this year’s hottest vehicles and vacations to the world’s most-desired destinations.
